It is really all about calories in and out but by keeping an eye on the carbs you can really scale things back.
  3. Get More Exercise: Again with the calories in versus out. Do a little more everyday and the pounds will come off. Go for a walk, take the stairs, squeeze in an extra cardio session every week, reduce your rest between sets, or whatever. The options are limitless but just add in some extra movement daily and that will combine with the previous two steps and help you drop the pounds.
